We do not cater
for the residential market, however, we will when everyone else says
it can not be done.
When Shaped Accounts (FLAT Accounts) go over their quota, we still provide
you with enough bandwidth to access the internet and make Internet Phone
calls.
Reduced Activation Fee ($44) if "churning" from an
existing ADSL connection with any other Internet company. If you also
connect to our VoIP service at the same time, we will give you an additional
$5 worth of calls a month for 3 months. That's $10 worth of free calls
a month for the first 3 months, for only $5.50 a month.
Some modems supplied
by other ISP's may have locked settings. A new (unlocked / defaultable)
modem will be supplied at cost ($55) if this is the case.
6 month minimum Signup Term. $99 early termination fee upon account
closure during first 6 months or Contract Term.
"VALUE"
Plans are metered monthly accounts that provide a quota of Internet
data each month. Data received subsequent to the monthly quota is payable
at the end of the month in which it is received, at a rate in cents
/ MegaByte as listed on the Plan.
Static IP addresses
cost $3 per month.
"Unlimited
IP" or "Unmetered" (FLAT) accounts have no time usage,
or $/megabyte charges per month, however, the speed of the service will
be shaped to 64kbps once the quota has been surpassed.
$44 charge to change Plan Type or to change Connection Speed.
Allow at least 5 working days from sign-up to ADSL access activation.
Some connections can take several weeks, depending on your existing
telephone line to the exchange. Some of our customers have had to wait
6 weeks.
Local phone call assistance from 9am to 9pm, and on site service next
day. Service calls not related to the internet connection may attract
a hourly service fee. We have brilliant local and interstate service
technicians. Contact us for a complete overhaul of your existing computer
or regular maintenance, on site or leave it with us overnight.
